Подход «Единое здоровье» как эффективный способ управления экологическими рисками (на примере цианотоксинов)

Аннотация


Цианобактерии – это большая группа фотосинтезирующих прокариотических организмов, которые обитают в пресной и морской воде и во влажной почве. Цианобактерии продуцируют такие вторичные метаболиты, как цианотоксины,
которые представляют потенциальную опасность для организма человека и животных при возможном их попадании в питьевую воду и реальную опасность для организмов водоплавающих птиц, рыб и зоопланктона. Поэтому цианобактерии часто рассматривают как патогенные организмы, хотя они не способны развиваться в организме животных. По данным международной гидрологической программы ЮНЕСКО CYANONET, цианобактерии и цианотоксины обнаружены в поверхностных
водах 65 стран мира. Для изучения распространения цианобактерий и цианотоксинов в озерах Европы реализованы программы международного сотрудничества CYANOCOST в 2012–2016 гг. и EMLS (European Multi Lake Survey) в 2015 году.
Цианотоксины подразделяются на группы, которые отражают особенности их действия на организм человека (гепатотоксины, нейротоксины, дерматоксины, цитотоксины). В последнее время выявлено и описано большое количество случаев влияния токсичных цианобактерий на здоровье. При этом случаи заболевания и гибели человека и животных, связанные с опасными цианобактериями, анализируются независимо друг от друга. Концепция «Единое здоровье» подразумевает, что здоровье человека находится в тесной взаимосвязи со здоровьем животных и состоянием окружающей среды. В данном обзоре приведены примеры того, как исследование болезней и гибели животных вследствие отравления цианотоксинами может быть использовано для уменьшения возможного вреда, причиняемого здоровью человека опасными цианобактериями. Использование подхода «Единое здоровье» является одним из способов управления экологическими рисками, который требует объединения усилий специалистов разного профиля.
