ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФЕРМЕНТАТИВНОЙ АКТИВНОСТИ ГЛУТАТИОН S-ТРАНСФЕРАЗЫ И УРОВЕНЬ ВОССТАНОВЛЕННОГО ГЛУТАТИОНА У ЩУКИ ESOX LUCIUS L. И ЕЕ ОБЛИГАТНОГО ПАРАЗИТА ЦЕСТОДЫ TRIAENOPHORUS NODULOSUS.
Аннотация
ности паразитов самостоятельно приспосабливаться к последствиям воздействия негативных факторов внешней среды. Выдвигается гипотеза, предполагающая,
что в условиях трансформации среды обитания защитные механизмы хозяина проявляются более выраженно, чем у паразита, обитающего в его теле. Для изучения степени активации защитных механизмов на уровне биохимической системы биотрансформации ксенобиотиков и антиоксидантной защиты была исследована активность фермента глутатион S-трансферазы (GST) и концентрация восстановленного глутатиона (GSH) у щуки Esox lucius L., обитающей в водоеме, загрязненном отходами Костомукшского горнорудного комбината (северная Карелия), и цестоды Triaenophorus nodulosus – ее облигатного паразита. В качестве условного контроля использовали особей из чистого водоема озеро Каменное. У рыб-хозяев, обитающих в условиях трансформированной среды, наблюдается повышение уровня восстановленного глутатиона во всех исследованных органах, в то время как активность фермента глутатион S-трансферазы была повышена только в почках и мышцах рыб. У цестод T. nodulosus из техногенного водоема обнаружено снижение активности GST и отсутствие реакции со стороны GSH по сравнению с гельминтами из условно чистого водоема. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что
среда второго порядка влияет на кишечного паразита опосредованно, через вариабельность физиолого-биохимического статуса хозяина, как результат сопряженной эволюции системы «паразит – хозяин».
