ГЛУТАТИОН S-ТРАНСФЕРАЗЫ У ГЕЛЬМИНТОВ (ОБЗОР)
Аннотация
У гельминтов (Trematoda, Cestoda и Nematoda) ферменты глутатион S-трансферазы (GST) (Е.С. 2.5.1.18), предположительно, играют ключевую роль в механизмах детоксикации в связи с редукцией активности основного комплекса фазы I биотрансформации ксенобиотиков – ферментов системы цитохромов Р-450. Цитозольные GST (cGST) у паразитов проявляют как сходство с cGST хозяев, так и имеют некоторое существенные структурные, биохимические и молекулярно-биологические отличия. В настоящем обзоре проанализировано современное состояние исследований по выделению и изучению изоферментного состава сGST у гельминтов, и дана информация о номенклатуре и сходстве с соответствующими ферментами хозяев.
